SEAL SOVER
TRADING GROUP
“Order before every move.”
We are an independent company specialised in the physical trading of energy and commodities. We connect product, logistics and capital for a limited number of institutional counterparties who value operational discipline and contractual strength.
Our role is to structure physical trading logistics with precision and discretion, integrating origin, transportation, storage, documentation and settlement within a single control framework.
We turn decisions into real physical flows.
We design the structure, coordinate the logistics and deliver products under clear parameters of quality, timing and compliance.
How we work
- We read the market. We analyse spreads, curves, routes, regulatory frameworks and logistical complexity before we talk about volumes.
- We design the structure. Price, Incoterms, guarantees, QA and logistical compliance brought together under a single contractual framework.
- We accompany delivery. Coordination with terminals, operators, shipowners and banks through to documentary and financial closing of each operation.
Why SEAL SOVER
- Physical, not financial trading. Operations backed by real product, existing logistics and executable contracts.
- Compliance first. Robust AML/KYC processes and strict adherence to international sanctions and applicable lists.
- Third-party logistics. Access to terminals, tanks and throughput providers through certified or approved reference operators.
- Independent QA. Inspections by recognised companies and documentation prepared for internal and external audit.
- Legal-maritime origin. We originate from a house with deep experience in maritime and port law and contractual structuring, which is reflected in every operation we execute.
Client relationships
Every new counterparty goes through an onboarding process that includes a review of corporate structure, jurisdictions, ultimate beneficial owners and internal compliance protocols. Only once this process is completed do we enter into operational conversations on product, routes and volumes.
